Never refuse a provider offering during the calculation of project costs. If you reject a provider offering, there is no price comparison. There is no influence if the supplier has to play missing prices and service level.

Never put all eggs in a basket.Never set all hope in the 1 parte.Si this party betrays his confidence.You have nothing to withdraw a. price comparison more makes decision much easier and more influence.No EVER share budget file provider that can help in the management of its cost.The project manager should not think every time that the provider will attempt to save money for the project.
